DUCT MANUFACTURE AUTO-LINE1

Line I consists of a feeding metal frame leveler-grooving roller, power cutting machine or hydraulic shearing machine. The operating system is computer controlled. The maximum working speed of the manufacture line is 10m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm, diagonal line tolerance is ± 0.8mm, The feeding frame can be set as per customer's requirement. De-coiler- material feed -leveler grooving roller-shear. The duct manufacturing line can cut metal according to customer's requirements automatically, so the metal sheet and the labour can be drastically reduced. ACL duct line is offered at a good price. The auto-line combines Pittsburgh lock machine, folder machine is highly-efficient. Duct manufacturing equipment is specially suitable for a medium sized duct factory.
